It has been reported that some patients have been misdiagnosed with Moles, when in fact the correct diagnosis in their specific case was Genital Warts.
Genital warts are a very common sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papilloma virus. They appear as small flesh coloured bumps or they resemble cauliflower but can also be too small to be visible. Symptoms other than the warts include itching or discomfort and bleeding with intercourse. Genital warts can be easily mistaken for thing like moles, skin tags, and pearly papules.
