A mental health professional is also required for a mental examination and assessment. Treatment options include psychotherapy and medications.

Always consult your doctor or health professional, and do not self diagnose.

Symptoms can include:

Irritability, problems controlling feelings of worry, feeling restless or wound-up or on-edge, easily fatigued, trouble concentrating, mind going blank, muscle tension, insomnia
